Products

AI we built and run ourselves

We build products to solve industry problems. Each one takes a job a whole sector does badly and rebuilds it around AI, and each is built, shipped and operated by the same team, on the same platform your work runs on.

Why a services company builds products. Each of these exists because an industry had a problem worth solving, and building them has a second payoff: running our own AI in production means we hit the same problems your project will hit: a model that changes behaviour overnight, an API that starts rate-limiting, a user who phrases a request in a way nobody anticipated. We fix those on our own time, before they turn up in your build.

Business operations

Cevran CoWorker

An AI teammate for a business. It joins the chat tools your team already uses, connects to the systems where your work lives, and runs scheduled jobs on its own, reporting back when something needs a person.

  • Chat with it from the web app, Telegram or Discord
  • Connects to your business apps to read and act
  • Runs work on a schedule, with approval gates on anything that acts
  • Keeps a full record of every run

E-commerce

Cevran DropShipping

AI that runs the operational side of an online store. It researches products, writes and maintains listings, watches pricing, and handles the routine half of customer messages, leaving the judgement calls to the owner.

  • Product research and listing generation
  • Pricing and stock monitoring across suppliers
  • Customer replies drafted from your policies
  • A daily summary of what moved and what needs attention

Why we built it

E-commerce operations are a near-perfect test case for AI: highly repetitive, entirely text and numbers, and unforgiving of mistakes that reach a customer.

Approval gates, cost ceilings and graceful failure are the same machinery we use in client work.

Health & fitness

Cevran Personal Trainer

An AI coach that builds a training plan around your goals, equipment and schedule, then adapts it as you actually train, not as an app assumed you would.

  • A plan built from your goals, history and available equipment
  • Adapts week over week to what you completed and how it felt
  • Answers questions about form, substitutions and recovery in plain language
  • Check-ins between sessions, so the plan survives a bad week

Why we built it

A consumer product is the hardest test of whether an AI system is genuinely usable: no training session, no manual, no IT department, and users who leave the moment it is confusing.

It keeps us honest about the difference between an impressive demonstration and something a person will still be using in three months.

Shared foundations

All three run on what we build for you

Your project is not a prototype written from scratch. It starts from machinery that is already carrying real workloads.

Model routing

Each step runs on whichever provider suits it, with automatic fallback when one is slow or unavailable.

Approvals and audit

The approve, edit and reject flow and the full run log are shared components, tested against live usage every day.

Scheduling and recovery

Scheduled work, retries, cost ceilings and alerting when something fails: the boring parts that decide whether a system survives contact with reality.
